Book NowGolf Performance Assessment
This discipline focuses on evaluating and optimizing the physical components of a golfer’s swing to improve performance, consistency, and durability. A Golf Performance Assessment includes a comprehensive analysis of mobility, strength, stability, balance, and swing mechanics to identify movement limitations, asymmetries, and injury risk factors that may impact golf performance.
Findings are used to develop individualized recommendations that support improved swing efficiency, power generation, and long‑term musculoskeletal health, whether the goal is performance enhancement, injury prevention, or return to play.

Book NowDry Needling
Dry needling uses thin, sterile needles to target tight muscle knots that contribute to pain, stiffness, and limited movement. It’s not acupuncture — it’s a clinically-guided technique that works directly on the neuromuscular system to accelerate healing and get you moving better, faster.
